Our Sauvignon has regulary satisfied us with its decisive character, displaying intense and varietal
aromas of green vegetables, reminiscent of tomato and bell pepper leaves. Full on the palate and well structured,
this wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with seafood, or spring salads.

A wine of
great personality and an intense fruity bouquet which reminds one of
bananas, this Chardonnay has the typical characteristics of the varietal.
It pairs well with seafood, antipasti, and vegetable dishes.

Originally produced only for the Di Grésy family this wine is the result of blending Chardonnay with its soft full character and the flavorsome Sauvignon. The most recent product inour white wine range, has resulted in an intense fruity wine with sweet sensations, vegetative green notes, acavia flowers and some caramel "nuances". Great as an aperitif and matches well with typical Summer cuisines.

Barrel fermentation
and aging soften the acidity of this chardonnay which offers a complex
bouquet with good possibility for bottle aging. Intense and long on
the palate, with great class and balance, this wine marries well with
shellfish and seafood dishes, even those that are richly sauced.

 |
A classic red wine for the whole meal with a red-violet colour, intense vinous perfume, and a slight grassy note. The wine is elegant and smooth, fresh and balanced, with the slightly bitter after taste typical of a Dolcetto from Treiso d'Alba. |

Produced from grapes grown in the same vineyard for our Barbaresco, this wine has all the character and elegance of a great Nebbiolo with an intense perfume of fine flowers and mature berries. Fresh and pleasant on the palate with typical tannic backbone, it is ideal with grilled foods, white and red meats, and medium aged cheeses. |

A grape growing, wine producing Piedmontese Estate couldn't, without doubt, not produce a good Barbera! We have unearthed the traditional vocation of this zone of the Alto Monferrato, today rediscovering the type of Barbera which we remember fondly from our youth, accompanying everyday afternoon breaks with bread, salami and cheese, locally known as "merende sinoire". |
|
 |
The Merlot grapes come from the same project as Monte Colombo and La Serra, retaining the Barbera in its purity and creating a blend of Barbera and Merlot (Monferrato Rosso d.o.c.), which when aged on its own surprised us for its rewarding and pleasant character. So we decided to keep it apart, "Da Solo". |
 |
Our top selection of grapes, this Barbera d'Asti d.o.c. comes from an historically vocated vineyard that was left for many years abandoned, which Franco Dapino Benzo (a friend from Alberto's childhood) gave us the opportunity to use. Since 1998 the new planting of a notably high density combined with excellent climate/soil conditions and a splendid exposure, favour an optimum maturation of the grapes resulting in a high level of quality for this great and extremely enjoyable Barbera. |

The most international of our wines made with a blend of Cabernet, Sauvignon and Barbera. Aging in French oak barriques gives this wine its great race, deep ruby red robe, and full, complex and persistent nose. The nose offers notes of berries and chalk that are followed by a rich, yet fresh palate, with a long and harmonious finish. A great wine that can be paired with a variety of dishes. |
 |
The Martinenga Barbaresco, without a doubt, is our most important wine. It is a wine which carries an elegance that conies from its vineyard. On the nose, it offers sensations of sweet tobacco, leather and spice. It is fresh and jammy, rich in structure with good backbone and great harmony. Martinenga is a Barbaresco of great race and breeding. A fine wine with meat, poultry, and aged cheeses. |

The pride of our house, Camp Gros, has been produced from 1978 and only in the best vintages. It is made from a special selection of grapes coming from a small part of the Martinenga vineyard near Rabajà. This site offers the very best in terms of terrain, exposure and micro climate: factors of great importance that are transferred into this wine, giving us a product that takes on all the characteristics of a great Barbaresco with the greatest level of harmony. A wine with great potential for aging, is particularly well suited to wild game, or other important main courses as well as aged cheeses. |

Born in 1982
as a selection from the part of the Martinenga vineyard near Asili,
Gaiun is produced only in the best vintages. Its taste is a bit more
international as the wine is aged in French oak barriques. Gaiun has
enjoyed notable success, marked by a structure that brings together
the class and elegance that only the Martinenga vineyards can offer.
This wine can be matched with the same dishes as Camp Gros. |

Made solely from the Moscato grape, La Serra offers sensations of fresh exotic fruit. Intense, full, and harmonious on the palate, it is an excellent dessert wine with biscuits, dry cakes and fruit.
Slightly frizzante. |
|
 |
A different interpretation of the Moscato grape allows us to offer this interesting wine. It's an exellent match with desserts, thanks to the wine's full body, which is rich and complex. Created from late harvested grapes, that sometimes are given successive drying in wooden trays, this wine can be served after dinner as well as with aged cheeses, jam, or dried fruit. l'Altro Moscato is produced in extremely limited quantities and only in the best vintages. |
