2003 L'ALTRO MOSCATO



Type of wine: Dessert wine.
Position of the vineyards: In the Commune of Cassine (Alessandria province).
Grape variety: Moscato 100%.
Vinification: The late harvested grapes are picked and placed in wooden trays to dry until the presence of noble rot is evident. After pressing, the must is clarified and the transferred into barriques to ferment and age for up to eighteen months.
To be drunk with: Ideal wine to be drunk together with dry cakes as well as medium aged cheese or patè.
